Governor Bill Ritter: “My Vision for Colorado”

Bill Ritter, the 41st Governor of Colorado, is the first native-born governor the state has had in 35 years. Top priorities of his administration include increased reliance on renewable energy and protection of natural resources, improved transportation infrastructure, and educational reform and the P-20 Education Council.
Prior to holding elected office, he was Denver’s lead prosecutor for 12 years. He and his wife, Jeannie, ran a food distribution and nutrition center in Zambia, Africa for several years. They have four children.

Really nice event— well attended and in a great location.
The reception afterward was similarly nice, thanks so much for including B&CA so prominently in the invitation list!
The one thing that could have been improved (and I’ve already asked Leslie Weddell to act on it) would have been a huge CC banner on the wall behind Governor Ritter so that news coverage would have had to include it. The seal on the podium was just too small and easy to cut from news coverage.
